London Luton Airport is one of the UK's fastest growing airports with almost 10 million passengers using the airport in 2007. This is an increase of nearly 400% in 10 years.

Almost 9,000 people currently work at London Luton Airport, making it the largest private sector employer in Luton and one of the major economic drivers of the regional economy.

As part of our commitment to encourage more sustainable travel to, from and around the airport, we have a fleet of buses that transfer staff and passengers to and from the various car parks. In addition, in partnership with First Capital Connect, we have launched a new fleet of modern, articulated buses that run to and from London Luton Airport Parkway train station. We are continually working with local public transport operators with a view to improving bus and coach services to the airport.
